Intern - Customer Service

Role Objectives:

Support the Customer Service team by assisting with customer inquiries, documenting cases, and ensuring timely follow-up across service channels (phone, email, chat). Develop service, communication, and problem‑solving skills while contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

About the role

• Assistg the customer service team. 
• Updating excel file records and ensuring accurate documentation. 
• Coordinate with internal departaments to help resolve customer issues propmptly. 
• Contirbute to improving customer experience by providing timely follow ups. 

Critical Relations 

• First line assistance for basic inquiries and status updates 
• Follow up on shipments, returns and replacements.
• Support with inovices, returns and replacements.

Requirements

Education:

• Business administration, industrial engineering.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Languages: Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish.
