Acerca de este equipo

Como gerente sénior de comercio electrónico en México, usted es responsable del liderazgo estratégico y el rendimiento del sitio de comercio electrónico de México. Impulsa el impacto comercial a través de la excelencia en la comercialización digital, la innovación en las campañas y la colaboración interfuncional. El enfoque estratégico abarca desde las necesidades comerciales inmediatas hasta un horizonte de dos años, con un énfasis particular en las iniciativas dentro de los próximos 12 meses. Influirás en los marcos globales al tiempo que adaptas la ejecución regional para satisfacer las necesidades específicas del mercado, garantizando una experiencia fluida y elevada para los clientes. El trabajo será altamente colaborativo, con socios interfuncionales que incluyen comercialización, planificación, finanzas, gestión de productos, marketing, SEO, creatividad de marca, análisis y otros dentro de la organización digital. Este puesto requiere pasión por todo lo digital y un conocimiento exhaustivo del mercado del comercio electrónico, incluidas las macrotendencias, los principales actores relevantes y las mejores prácticas del sector.

  • Gestión del rendimiento e informes comerciales
  • Responsable del liderazgo estratégico y el rendimiento del sitio de comercio electrónico de México.
  • Responsable de supervisar el seguimiento del rendimiento y la elaboración de informes en múltiples horizontes temporales.
  • Responsable de sintetizar los conocimientos en recomendaciones estratégicas que informen las decisiones de liderazgo e impulsen los resultados comerciales.
  • Estrategia de comercialización del sitio web
  • Responsable de liderar y ejecutar la estrategia global de comercialización del sitio web para optimizar la visibilidad de los productos, la conversión y la participación de los clientes.
  • Responsable de traducir las estrategias de comercialización en tácticas regionales de comercio electrónico, aprovechando los datos y la información para fundamentar las estrategias de comercialización, la ubicación del contenido y las decisiones de comercialización visual.
  • Estrategia y ejecución de campañas
  • Se encarga de la estrategia y la ejecución integrales de las campañas de comercio electrónico, garantizando la alineación con la narrativa de la marca y los objetivos comerciales.
  • Lidera de manera interfuncional para ofrecer experiencias digitales coherentes y de alto rendimiento.
  • Descubrimiento y navegación de productos
  • Responsable de implementar la taxonomía global y los marcos de descubrimiento en los puntos de contacto digitales regionales.
  • Responsable de optimizar las estrategias de navegación, enlaces y filtrado para reflejar los comportamientos específicos de cada dispositivo y mejorar la facilidad de búsqueda de productos.
  • Información sobre el surtido y habilitación del crecimiento estratégico
  • Dirige el análisis del comportamiento de los clientes, el rendimiento de las categorías y la eficacia de las campañas para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Responsable de influir en las decisiones sobre el surtido y la planificación de campañas a través de información útil.
  • Experiencia digital y desarrollo de capacidades
  • Colabora con la gestión de productos y la experiencia de usuario para definir y priorizar los requisitos empresariales de las iniciativas digitales regionales.
  • Aboga por mejoras que eleven la experiencia de los clientes y refuercen las capacidades de comercialización.

Habilidades y experiencia requeridas

  • Más de 8 años de experiencia en comercio electrónico o comercialización digital, con más de 3 años en un puesto estratégico o de liderazgo.
  • Autónomo y capaz de trabajar de manera eficaz en un entorno dinámico, gestionando múltiples proyectos al mismo tiempo.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, con capacidad para desarrollar y realizar presentaciones persuasivas ante las partes interesadas internas y los directivos.
  • Éxito demostrado en la gestión de estrategias regionales de comercio electrónico dentro de un marco global.
  • Sólidas habilidades analíticas; dominio de herramientas de análisis web (por ejemplo, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Experiencia en la dirección de equipos multifuncionales y en la influencia sobre partes interesadas de diferentes funciones y niveles.
  • Gran capacidad para la resolución de problemas, la toma de decisiones y la gestión de proyectos.
  • Habilidades en la planificación, ejecución y optimización del rendimiento de campañas.
  • Experiencia en la colaboración con los departamentos de Producto, Experiencia de Usuario e Ingeniería para definir y priorizar mejoras digitales.
  • Familiaridad con las plataformas de comercio electrónico empresarial y las herramientas CMS; conocimientos de SEO y taxonomía.
  • Capacidad demostrada para traducir conocimientos en estrategias e impulsar un impacto comercial medible.
  • Sólida comprensión de las finanzas del comercio electrónico y los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI).
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Profundo conocimiento del mercado mexicano de comercio electrónico y del comportamiento de los consumidores.
  • Se requiere fluidez en español e inglés.
  • Se valorará una licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o Comunicaciones.

About This Team
As the Senior Ecommerce Manager - Mexico, you are accountable for the strategic leadership and performance of the Mexico ecommerce site. You drive business impact through digital merchandising excellence, campaign innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. The strategic focus spans from immediate business needs to a two-year horizon, with a particular emphasis on initiatives within the next 12 months. You influence global frameworks while tailoring regional execution to meet market-specific needs, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.

Work will be highly

collaborative, with cross functional partners including merchandising, planning, finance, product management, marketing, SEO, brand creative, analytics and others within the digital organization. This role requires a passion for all things digital with a comprehensive understanding of the ecommerce marketplace, including macro trends, major relevant players and industry best practices.

  • Performance Management & Business Reporting
  • Accountable for the strategic leadership and performance of the Mexico ecommerce site.
  • Accountable for overseeing performance tracking and reporting across multiple time horizons.
  • Responsible for synthesizing insights into strategic recommendations that inform leadership decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Website Merchandising Strategy
  • Accountable for leading and executing the overarching website merchandising strategy to optimize product visibility, conversion, and guest engagement.
  • Responsible for translating merchandising strategies into regional ecommerce tactics, leveraging data and insights to inform merchandising strategies, content placement, and visual merchandising decisions.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of ecommerce campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling and commercial objectives.
  • Leads cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, high performing digital experiences.
  • Product Discovery & Navigation
  • Accountable for implementing global taxonomy and discovery frameworks across regional digital touchpoints.
  • Responsible for optimizing navigation, linking, and filtering strategies to reflect device-specific behaviors and improve product findability.
  • Assortment Insights & Strategic Growth Enablement
  • Leads analysis of guest behavior, category performance, and campaign effectiveness to identify growth opportunities.
  • Responsible for influencing assortment decisions and campaign planning through actionable insights.
  • Digital Experience & Capability Development
  • Partners with Product Management and UX to define and prioritize business requirements for regional digital initiatives.
  • Advocates for enhancements that elevate the guest experience and strengthen merchandising capabilities.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 8+ years in ecommerce or digital merchandising, with 3+ years in a strategic or leadership role.
  • Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills, with the ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Proven success owning regional ecommerce strategies within a global framework.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Strong problem solving, decision making, and project management
  • Skilled in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
  • Experience partnering with Product, UX, and Engineering to define and prioritize digital enhancements.
  • Familiarity with enterprise ecommerce platforms and CMS tools; understanding of SEO and taxonomy.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate insights into strategy and drive measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce financials and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and a team player
  • Deep knowledge of Mexican ecommerce market and consumer behavior.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required.
  • BA in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications would be an asset
