Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager located in Punta Mita. The Assistant Property Manager will support the day-to-day management of the estate, including coordinating guest services, overseeing property maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include assisting with event planning, facilitating staff operations, and delivering exceptional hospitality to meet the expectations of guests and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management, hospitality management, and event planning
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Effective communication, team coordination, and leadership abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and operations support
  • Perfect fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with luxury estate management or high-end hospitality is an asset
  • Wilingness live nearby and be present on-site.
  • Commuting to Punta Mita 5 days a week.
  • Willingness to start immediately.
  • Having your own car and flexibility commuting if needed.
