In México is located in Querétaro and we are looking for an AKADEMIE Sales Executive

JOB OVERVIEW

Promote, positio, and sell TÜV NORD Mexico training courses, including open and in-company programs. The AKADEMIE Sales Executive manages leads and client relationships, provides complete information through the CRM to support the quotation process, and ensures the minimum number of participants required for course openings. This role works closely with the Proposals, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

This role contributes to the company's growth building initial and long-term client relationships through proactive and results-oriented sales activities.

ACTIVITIES

· Prospect and identify potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

· Attend and manage requests related to training courses, providing appropriate guidance based on client needs.

· Follow up with existing certification clients to promote additional training opportunities.

· Ensure minimum participant numbers to confirm and open training courses.

· Manage sales activities for both open and closed trainings with a strong focus on achieving targets.

· Perform cross-selling and upselling activities with existing clients.

· Accurately register and maintain all client and opportunity information in the CRM to support the Proposals Department.

· Provide complete and correct data in CRM to enable quotation preparation.

· Coordinate with AKADEMIE Operations to confirm course schedules and instructor availability.

COMPETENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

  • Experience using CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Experience in B2B sales of services or solutions.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to interpret course information and translate it into client solutions.

  • Basic knowledge of ISO standards or willingness to learn.(desirable)

  • Intermediate English level (desirable).

SOFT SKILLS

· Ability to learn, someone who's sharp and quick to understand.

· Perseverant, who doesn't get discouraged by rejection and is resilient.

· Extensive experience not required.

· Knows how to use a CRM and Excel.

· Proactive, doesn't need micromanagement.

· Responsible and trustworthy.

· Customer service and attention to clients.

· Empathetic.

Monthly base salary $12,800 MXN + Commissions
