We serve critical industries such as oil & gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and refrigerated food logistics.As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a **Sales Executive** with a strong commercial drive and industry knowledge to help us grow our client base and close high-value deals.**Role Objective** |Identify, engage, and convert strategic commercial opportunities in the logistics and transportation sector, helping position Happymile Logistics as a top-tier dedicated carrier for regulated and sensitive cargo.**Key Responsibilities**- Prospect and qualify new B2B clients in sectors such as oil & gas, chemicals manufacturing, construction & dry bulk, automotive & aerospace, high tech & electronics, farmers & produce, pharma, food & beverage, manufacturers & wholesalers, retail & e-commerce- Manage the complete sales cycle: cold outreach, discovery, proposal development,negotiations, and deal closing- Build customized logistics solutions based on client needs and regulatory requirements- Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships- Maintain accurate records of gales activity in CRM systems- Work closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure alignment between service capabilities and client expectations- Represent Happymile at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums**Requirements**:- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or related industries- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred)- Must be eligible to travel to the United States (Valid identification required)- Fluent in English; Spanish is required- Flexibility to travel- Solid knowledge of the U.S. trucking market and regional freight dynamics in Texas with cross border experience to México- Proven track record in business development and closing high-ticket deals- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills- Self-driven and highly organized, with a strong focus on results- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital sales platforms**What We Offer**- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure- Monthly and quarterly performance based bonuses- 10 days paid vacation, 5 public holidays- Professional development reimbursement up to $3,000 USD per year (or MXN equivalent)- High-growth environment and leadership opportunities- Meal & travel expenses allowance- Supportive and collaborative team culture- Ongoing training in high-value logistics and DOT compliance**How to Apply**EOEPay: $11,159.42 - $24,638.89 per monthWork Location: In personApplication Deadline: 15/08/2025Expected Start Date: 25/08/2025
