Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate, you will support and improve day-to-day operational processes, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and help drive quality and efficiency across teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating clearly, and taking ownership of complex workflows. Shift-based role, 50 hours/ week. Monday - Friday between 6 AM and 9 PM PST and at least one weekend day. Exact shifts are assigned within this window.
ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
- Maintain accurate records and manage day-to-day operational tasks.
- Investigate and resolve issues, escalations, and payment or process exceptions.
- Communicate with stakeholders via phone, email, and chat to solve problems.
- Track team metrics and support daily workflow coverage.
- Create and update documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Help onboard and train new team members.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in operations, support, or coordinating cross-functional workflows.
- Comfortable handling complex or sensitive conversations.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of outcomes.
- Availability to work between the hours of 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM PST, and at least one weekend day.
Benefits
- Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,500 USD/month
