YOUR TASKS

  • Ensure that our manufactured parts and products meet customer requirements in terms of quality, cost, quantity, and delivery deadlines. This role is key to maintaining the company's competitiveness and long-term success.
  • Oversee production operations to meet customer orders on time, within budget, and at the agreed quality standards.
  • Implement quality strategies (zero defects, process optimization, 5S) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Plan budgets, personnel capacities, and investments while monitoring performance against targets.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, health & safety, and COP (conformity of production) requirements.
  • Manage resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and technology, to achieve operational and economic objectives.
  • Support employee training, safety measures, and environmental protection initiatives

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in production, operations, or plant management within an industrial or automotive environment. (Tier 1).
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Analytical & Financial Skills: Ability to manage budgets, interpret KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
