Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Head of Recruitment, located in Mexico City, Mexico. The Head of Recruitment will lead the recruitment strategy and manage the hiring process across various organizational levels. Responsibilities include overseeing employer branding initiatives, designing effective hiring processes, managing relationships with external partners, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. The role will involve conducting interviews, mentoring recruitment teams, and contributing to graduate recruitment pipelines to build a strong and dynamic workforce.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and Graduate Recruitment processes to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Proficiency in conducting interviews and designing effective interview processes to identify top talent
  • Familiarity with Employer Branding initiatives to attract and retain high-quality candidates
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR leadership roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Experience in managing recruitment operations in diverse and global environments is a plus
