Administrative Analyst – Accounts Receivable
Producer to join our
Finance – Order to Cash (O2C) / Accounts Receivable
team

The Accounts Receivable department is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding payments from customers, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices. This includes tasks such as invoicing, payment tracking, collections management, and dispute resolution.

About You
Accounts Receivable professionals need to know invoicing and payment management, credit and collection policies, accounting and financial procedures, customer relationship management, and dispute resolution. They must also master accounts receivable software and financial data analysis. Additionally, they require skills in effective communication, problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail.

Your Day-to-Day

  • The Junior Administrative Analyst in Accounts Receivable is responsible for processing and applying incoming payments to customer accounts accurately and timely, monitoring and reconciling customer accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies, generating and sending account statements and dunning letters, supporting the collections team by providing payment status updates and documentation, assisting in month-end closing activities related to AR, maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit purposes, communicating with internal departments and external customers to resolve billing or payment issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the AR process.
