Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist based in Mexico City. The Accounts Receivable Associate will manage invoicing, payment collections, and account reconciliation while maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities also include communicating with clients to resolve billing queries, monitoring overdue accounts, and assisting with monthly reporting. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Accounts Receivable management, invoicing, and payment collections
  • Proficiency in account reconciliation and maintaining financial records
  • Knowledge of accounting tools and software, along with data entry accuracy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for handling client interactions
  • Ability to create and analyze monthly financial reports
  • Experience in a similar role and bilingual proficiency in
    SPANISH AND ENGLISH (Mandatory)

Salary:
 $18,000 MXN gross/month
