Technical Delivery Manager, Expert-Level

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead and drive outcomes across multiple Scrum teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of software products by overseeing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Enforcing Engineering And Quality Assurance Best Practices
  • And Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement And Accountability. Key Responsibilities - Manage Multiple Cross-functional Scrum Teams To Ensure Timely And High-quality Delivery Of Software Solutions. - Facilitate Sprint Planning
  • Reviews
  • Retrospectives
  • And Daily Stand-ups. - Track And Report On Team Performance Metrics And Delivery Outcomes. - Own And Optimize The End-to-end SDLC Process
  • Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Goals And Compliance Standards. - Implement And Maintain Agile Methodologies And Tools To Support Efficient Development Workflows. - Champion Engineering Best Practices Including Code Reviews
  • CI/CD
  • Automated Testing
  • And Scalable Architecture. - Collaborate With Engineering Leads To Resolve Technical Challenges And Remove Delivery Roadblocks. - Define And Enforce QA Strategies
