About The Role
We are looking for a
Systems Application Manager
to lead a cross-functional engineering team in delivering customized solutions built on a multimedia product platform. This role will collaborate closely with product and service managers, QA, and design teams to create innovative and scalable client-facing applications.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage a technical team (8+ developers and 2+ testers), understands the software development lifecycle, and can ensure timely, high-quality releases. You will be responsible for driving execution, maintaining development standards, and fostering a collaborative and agile work environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Partner with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Service Managers to scope, plan, and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers and QA testers in delivering multimedia applications.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) and help the team meet delivery goals.
• Promote good practices in code quality, testing, and deployment using modern development tools and workflows.
• Guide the team in building and maintaining applications, offering direction and support.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in production and staging environments.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering or managing development teams in an agile environment.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading agile teams.
• Familiarity with testing practices and continuous integration/deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with web technologies and application architecture.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React is a plus.
• Interest or background in the gaming or multimedia space.
• Exposure to cloud platforms or DevOps practices is beneficial but not required.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
