Nuestra vacante y tus responsabilidades

Reportando al Gerente del área, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

* Venta proactiva de equipos, consumibles, accesorios del portafolio de la División de Proceso (equipos de instrumentación analítica en línea, analizadores de pH, conductividad, turbidímetros, entre otros) por medio telefónico u otros medios electrónicos, entendiendo el proceso del cliente a fin de ofrecer soluciones integrales a los clientes y prospectos.

* Gestión de llamadas (cotizaciones, participación en licitaciones), del territorio asignado.

* Proveer asesoría y soporte a los clientes mediante medios electrónicos (teléfono, correo electrónico y sesiones vía web)

* Utilizar los recursos y sistemas disponibles para planear, preparar y dar seguimiento a sus cuentas, generando compromiso con el cliente, negociaciones y cierre de ventas.

* Gestión de su actividad en el CRM de la compañía.

* Generar ventas cruzadas y oportunidades de venta a otras divisiones vía telefónica o por correo electrónico

* Zona de trabajo: Colonia Del Valle, Cdmx

Lo que necesitas

* Carrera concluida Ing. Química, Biología, Química Industrial o afín

* Experiencia en Venta telefónica a segmentos industriales, equipos de alta inversión

* Necesaria:2 años en área de atención a clientes, ventas o funciones de ventas por teléfono

* Deseable: 3 años en manejo de llamadas entrantes y salientes, habilidades de televentas

* Paquetería Office, deseable conocimiento de algún CRM (preferentemente SAP)

* Inglés intermedio (poder recibir entrenamiento y comunicación con corporativo)
