We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Analyst. This person will be responsible for maintaining and extending the functionality of our MS Dynamics 365 Business Central instance. They will work with and through an international team of IT resources and consultants.

The MS Dynamics 365 Analyst's role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The MS Dynamics

365 Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.

Qualifications:

·       Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent with 5-7 years of related experience. Master's degree in Business Administration, or related field, or evidence of substantial business knowledge is desirable.

·       Advanced English level

·       Extensive experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.

·       Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.

·       Experience in discrete manufacturing environment preferred.

·       Understanding of SQL Reporting and relational databases (SSRS, SSIS).

·       Demonstrated project management skills.

·       Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.

·       Travel may be required for business purposes. If so, the employee must have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which they work and a satisfactory driving record.

·       Demonstrated analytical, written and oral communication skills.

·       Ability to work well under pressure.
