Your role is to design and deliver talent strategies that address complex hiring needs, drive operational excellence, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.

This role goes beyond requisition management—you will serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and best-in-class hiring practices, while driving solutions that balance scalability, quality, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with hiring managers and business leaders to understand organizational goals, critical role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Design and drive full-cycle recruitment strategies that incorporate proactive sourcing, calibrated candidate evaluation, and thoughtful candidate engagement.
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights that inform hiring decisions, compensation planning, and workforce strategies.
  • Lead strategic intake, calibration, and debrief meetings, facilitating alignment on selection criteria and interview methodology.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and full lifecycle recruitment for high-impact roles, ensuring operational excellence, documentation, and compliance in client systems.
  • Coach and enable hiring managers on interview best practices, equitable selection processes, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Partner with Sourcing Partners to ensure top-of-funnel health, guiding outreach campaigns and market mapping efforts.
  • Contribute to program-level reporting and insights, sharing progress updates, market trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Champion a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring communications reflect the client's employer brand and values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in enterprise-scale global organizations, including a minimum of 5 years in full-cycle recruitment or talent advisory roles.
  • Proven success consulting with senior stakeholders on talent acquisition strategies in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience recruiting for highly
    technical
or niche roles, ideally within the
    tech
    or related industries.
  • Strong ability to leverage data, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform and influence hiring strategies.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Paradox, BrightHire, RoleMapper).
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
