At KEO México, we are looking for
Business Advisor - Account Development.

As part of KEO's expansion, we are strengthening our
B2B Division in Mexico
, a key growth market that will serve as a strategic hub for regional commercial development.

Role Description

The
Business Advisor – Account Development
will be responsible for
driving growth and performance across an assigned portfolio of mid- and large-sized clients,
focusing on relationship deepening, cross-selling, and revenue maximization.

This is a client-facing, consultative role that blends financial acumen, strategic insight, and relationship management to help companies access capital efficiently through KEO's solutions. The position reports directly to the Commercial Director and collaborates closely with regional teams and HQ.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a
    portfolio of existing B2B clients
    , ensuring sustainable growth and strong performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to
    expand credit utilization, transactional volume, and partner integrations
    within assigned accounts.
  • Provide
    financial and business advisory support
    to clients, helping them optimize working capital through KEO's platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers across corporate and SME clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, operations, and product) to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor account health, portfolio quality, and delinquency ratios, proposing corrective actions when needed.
  • Prepare and present
    weekly and monthly portfolio performance reports
    to senior management.
  • Participate in commercial strategy discussions and
    support the expansion of the B2B division
    as a business advisor for new verticals or segments.

Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering
    .
  • 7+ years
    of professional experience in B2B relationship management, financial services, or commercial development.
  • Strong
    financial analysis
    and business advisory skills. (Must)
  • Proven track record in
    portfolio growth, client retention, and upselling
    . (Must)
  • Fluent in Spanish
    and
    level B2 in English
    (written and spoken).
  • Strategic mindset with
    hands-on execution ability
    and a collaborative work style.
