smart, commercially-focused Sell In & Demand Planning Manager
.
This position is for a seasoned professional with
essential, proven experience in commercial roles
. We need someone whose past work directly led to superior market performance and substantial revenue generation. You will play a big part in our sales and operations plans, using
detailed analysis
to make sure products are always available, finding every chance to grow our business, and keeping our operations highly efficient and focused on sales. If you do well in a fast-paced setting and have a clear history of getting measurable results that boost profit, we want you to make a big and strategic difference in one of the world's top luxury groups.
Job Responsibilities: Drive Sales & Business Growth
- Find Commercial Opportunities:
Do deep analysis of 'Sell-In' sales for each client and product. Find potential risks, discover new chances in the market, and create smart plans based on data to boost sales and market share. - Build Strong Partnerships:
Expertly lead talks and set clear 'Sell-In' goals with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and main clients. Build strong working relationships that help everyone succeed in sales. - Lead & Grow Your Team:
Guide and develop a skilled team. Make sure plans are carried out smoothly, stick to strategic goals focused on sales, and help your team members grow. - Plan for the Future:
Create and put into action the yearly 'Sell-In' plan and product buying budget. Make sure these plans directly support the company's overall business goals and profit targets. - Lead Profitable Growth:
Manage the S&OP process with a clear sales focus. Turn sales predictions into strong, achievable plans that directly increase our market presence and financial success.
Profile: The Analytical & Commercial Expert We Need
- An
experienced commercial professional
with 7-10 years of
proven commercial experience
, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Clear experience in commercial jobs is key.
Background in demand planning or supply chain is helpful, but direct commercial results are paramount. Experience in luxury beauty or top consumer goods is a big plus. - A
strategic commercial thinker
who truly understands advanced ways to predict sales and plan demand (like statistical forecasting), strong S&OP processes, and complex ERP systems (like SAP, APO, Anaplan). - An
Advanced Excel expert
with
top-notch analytical skills
. You must be able to turn lots of detailed sales data into clear, strong insights that lead to good business decisions. - A
natural and inspiring leader
with strong team leadership, clear strategic thinking, and great negotiation skills, plus effective and convincing communication. - Knows the
retail market in Mexico very well
, with a sharp eye for market changes and trends. - Having a Supply Chain certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) or S&OP Methodologies certification is a plus.
- Advanced English is required
