Marketing Assistant – Job Opportunity (Remote)

We are seeking a
Marketing Assistant
to support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across content, analytics, email, CRM, and social media. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in ensuring that all marketing campaigns are executed with quality, accuracy, and timeliness. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing Specialist/CMO to support content marketing, demand generation, and overall brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns, blog materials, news alerts, and webinar content.
  • Support the creation and scheduling of social media and email campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across messaging, visuals, and terminology.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing collateral and promotional assets.

Digital Marketing Operations

  • Update and optimize website content in collaboration with the web agency.
  • Follow the strategic events calendar to support awareness and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct competitive research and summarize insights.
  • Support the centralized marketing calendar and contribute to article and white-paper creation.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Summarize marketing performance metrics and scorecards.
  • Assist with market research and data-driven insights for campaigns.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, consulting, and/or agency environments.
  • Experience in
    B2B marketing
    .
  • Experience with
    market research
    , analytics, and content creation.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
  • Experience with
    HubSpot or similar CRM
    (required).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Graphic design experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Soft Skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Non‑Negotiables

  • High English proficiency (required).
  • Availability to work 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time.
  • Experience using HubSpot or another CRM.

Working Conditions

  • Fully remote role.
  • Requires a computer with video conferencing capability.
