Marubun Arrow is looking for Quote Services Associate III to join our team in Guadalajara This position acts as the liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Marubun Arrow.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for managing open customer quotes, recognize cross selling opportunities and inform field sales

  • Interface with multiple departments within Marubun Arrow and Arrow, including supply chain, sales, purchasing, asset management, and finance as needed

  • Negotiate with suppliers and find the best solution for the customer, work in close partnership with the sales team

  • Identify and correct any pricing discrepancies, create and renew prices into the system for current and new opportunities

  • Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of experience or equivalent related experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English

  • Strong negotiating and follow up abilities

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Even Better if You Have:

  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$24, $30,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
