Descripción del empleo

Coordinate and execute site logistics activities, supporting order management, shipments, exports, documentation, and customer service, ensuring compliance with global quality, safety, and distribution standards.

  • Sales Order and Shipment Management, follow up sales orders in ERP, consign in DSV, invoice, and coordinate export process with logistics provider to ensure complete and on-time shipments.
  • Customer Service and Internal Support; Attend customer inquiries with support from site functional areas.
  • .Documentation and Regulatory Compliance, Maintain electronic database for trade audits, complete Dangerous Goods Declarations, and ensure proper labeling.
  • Logistics Optimization and Continuous Improvement / Participate in logistics optimization, shipment consolidation, cost-saving initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Shipment Booking and Milestone Tracking , Responsible for shipment booking in Transport Manager and milestone tracking with service providers.
  • Logistics Performance Analysis, analyze and report site logistics KPIs to the supply chain manager and global logistics team.
  • Logistics Equipment Management, support and manage logistics equipment such as data loggers and transport packaging.
  • Global Collaboration and Policy Alignment, participate in MBR/QBRs, serve as site logistics SME, engage in global forums/projects, establish procedures aligned with divisional policies, and ensure GDP compliance with quality teams.

Requisitos

Basic Requirements
Education:
Bachelor in international trade, International business, Administration,, Industrial or Logistics Engineering or related.

Experience: 3
year at least of experience in manufacturing chemicals, pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical chemical industries.

Capabilities:
Knowledge of international sales terms (INCOTERMS), customs legislation, certificates of origin, international logistics, ERP management for invoicing, Office excel (advanced Excel)

Language: Advanced English
