We are looking for a Accounts Management Specialist to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is ideal for a leadership, analytical thinking & project management individual will be responsible for the implementation of the end-to-end digital acquisition strategy in AM Channels for the American Express and Santander Cobrand Portfolio including marketing campaigns planning and execution and reporting for both Cobrand portfolios.

This role will manage online acquisition channels in , AM Mobile app, Aeromexico Rewards and Paid Media through prominent marketing communication and evaluating performance drivers to transform insights into recommendations to shape future acquisition strategies. Additionally, this role will be responsible of acquisition reporting and analysis of the main KPIs.

Manage, collaborate, and grow existing relationships with product teams and sales channel leaders to deliver acquisition targets through strategic marketing campaigns and external partner's offline and online channels.

Educational requirements:


• Bachelor's degree required.


• Advanced English proficiency.

Experience:

· Development of marketing, product or offer strategy, or actively managing channel(s) to target prospects or existing customers

· Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency

Skills to succeed:

·       Fluent in English written and oral

·       Ability to build collaborative environment across departments and partners ability to lead and inspire teams and establish strong followership

· Resourceful and pragmatic problem-solver, forward thinker with independence of thought

· Effective verbal and written communication, presentation and influencing skills

· Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint with an aptitude to quickly learn new systems, platforms and software
