Buscamos un Technical Support Engineer con experiencia en soporte a aplicaciones empresariales, capaz de gestionar y priorizar tickets, brindar atención técnica eficiente y presentar resultados operativos a stakeholders, con una base técnica sólida en Java y .NET.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Brindar soporte a aplicaciones (L2 / L3), atendiendo y
    priorizando tickets
    según impacto, urgencia y SLA.
  • Analizar incidentes y dar seguimiento hasta su resolución, coordinándose con equipos de desarrollo e infraestructura.
  • Elaborar y
    presentar reportes de resultados
    operativos (KPIs, SLA, backlog, incidentes recurrentes).
  • Participar en reuniones de seguimiento y service reviews con equipos internos y/o clientes.
  • Apoyar en el análisis de procesos y flujos bajo enfoques
    BPM
    .

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en
    soporte a aplicaciones
    o soporte técnico.
  • Conocimientos técnicos en
    Java y .NET
    (análisis, troubleshooting).
  • Inglés avanzado
    (comunicación y presentaciones).
  • Conocimiento de
    BPM
    (no indispensable experiencia en AgilePoint).
