Estamos buscando un individuo talentoso para unirse a nuestro equipo en Marsh. Este puesto estará basado en CDMX. Este es un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina. Este puesto se enfoca en el contacto con clientes y la gestión de cuentas, trabajando en conjunto con el gerente y llevando algunas cuentas de manera independiente. El candidato será responsable de la consultoría de cuentas, seguimiento de operaciones y cobranza, así como de dar pláticas a los empleados.

Contaremos contigo para:

  • Mantener contacto directo con los clientes y gestionar cuentas junto con el gerente.
  • Realizar consultoría de cuentas, incluyendo slips de placement y seguimiento a operaciones.
  • Gestionar la cobranza y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos.
  • Dar pláticas informativas a los empleados sobre los beneficios.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Licenciatura en Economía, Actuaría o Finanzas (deseable).
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en seguros de beneficios.
  • Conocimiento intermedio/avanzado de Office y Excel, incluyendo tablas dinámicas y análisis de información.
  • Dominio intermedio de PowerPoint y nivel intermedio de inglés.
