As a Talent Acquisition Advisor , you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for employees across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to attracting top talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and delivering high-quality hires that align with organizational goals.
What you will do:
- Actively support the Talent Acquisition team by assisting in candidate sourcing and screening efforts.
- Collaborate on recruitment projects with the team, bringing a willingness to learn and grow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, supporting the team in tracking progress.
- Contribute to the interview and assessment process for candidates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of workforce planning strategies.
- Participate in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Support the team in providing a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically 3 years of Proven experience in talent acquisition, including data analysis, recruitment support, and process improvement
Experience recruiting IT profiles
- Proficiencies in using recruitment software, data reporting, and candidate engagement
- Ability to work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to enhance recruitment processes
- Continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and emerging recruitment technology trends
