If you are passionate about design and technology, and ready to take on exciting challenges, we want to hear from you.Job SummaryLead creative projects from concept development to final delivery, working closely with the creative director, project managers and stakeholders. Manage designers and other project team members to meet task deliverables on time and on target as you drive projects forward. Role may include direct day-to-day management of designers.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative project leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative strategies that advance our brands and align with business objectives. Generate and lead development innovative design concepts and ideas that push the boundaries of creativity. Present to clients and marketing leadership as needed to obtain concept/project approvals or review feedback. Lead execution of design projects for various applications in print, environmental, multimedia and other applications working with project managers, clients and design staff.Team management: Manage multiple projects/teams simultaneously, ensuring client objectives, project deadlines and design quality requirements are met or exceeded.Technical proficiency: Maintain deep, up-to-date expertise in creative industry trends and technologies (including software, 3D/motion tools, and generative AI). Collaborate with Studio leadership to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into projects. Demonstrate proven experience incorporating generative AI into creative workflows and production pipelines, with a strong understanding of current design capabilities and the ability to drive efficiency through agentic AI applications.Workflow development and optimization: Work with Studio leadership and operations to develop and optimize workflow processes for development of creative projects.Please provide your resume in English.This is an office based position in Mexico City.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.ORAssociate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.ORHigh school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced communication skills in EnglishBachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field.15 years of professional experience in a creative studio or advertising agency, including roles as art director or lead designerExperience in or with the tech industry, particularly in mobile, automotive, XR, compute, and IoT extremely preferred.Creative expertise: Proven ability to create high-quality, strategic, visually compelling designs for a wide gamut of applications preferably including motion/3D work. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. A portfolio review and discussion will be part of the interview process.Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Self-Motivated problem solver: Proactive and driven, with the ability to take initiative and manage projects independently. Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and creative challenges and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.Technical SkillsFull mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).Strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word)Experience with Adobe Workfront (preferred), or other project management and review software/systemsAdditional SkillsProficiency in 3D motion software a plus (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).Experience with advanced animation techniques and compositing.Knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.PowerPoint or Keynote proficiencyApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
