Buscamos un Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsable de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante prospección outbound y seguimiento de leads inbound. Trabajará en conjunto con los equipos de Ventas y Marketing para calificar prospectos y agendar reuniones con los Account Executives. Es una excelente oportunidad para desarrollarte en el área comercial.
Responsabilidades
- Identificar, investigar y calificar leads inbound y outbound.
- Realizar llamadas en frío, envíos de correos y mensajes por redes sociales.
- Presentar la propuesta de valor de forma clara y concisa.
- Evaluar el interés y necesidades del prospecto.
- Registrar y actualizar información de leads en el CRM.
- Agendar reuniones calificadas para el equipo de ventas.
Requisitos
- Licenciatura en Administración, Marketing, Ingeniería, Negocios o afín.
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en un rol similar.
- Experiencia en generación y calificación de leads.
- Manejo de CRM y herramientas de prospección.
- Deseable: cursos o certificaciones en ventas (HubSpot).
