Propósito del rol

  • Diseñar la
    arquitectura omnicanal
    en GENESYS Cloud CX.
  • Configurar IVRs, flujos de voz, mensajería y bots conversacionales.
  • Implementar
    enrutamiento inteligente
    por intención, prioridad y contexto.
  • Integrar GENESYS con HubSpot, RPAs y otros sistemas vía APIs y webhooks.
  • Crear journeys automatizados de contacto, reasignación y reactivación de leads.
  • Definir reglas de escalamiento entre bots y agentes humanos.
  • Optimizar la experiencia del cliente y los indicadores de atención.

Lo que buscamos en ti

  • Experiencia
    avanzada
    en GENESYS Cloud CX.
  • Dominio de Architect, Omnichannel Routing y flujos automatizados.
  • Experiencia integrando plataformas vía API / Webhooks / Event Streams.
  • Background en modelos híbridos de atención (bot + humano).
  • Capacidad para diseñar soluciones, no solo configurarlas.
