Propósito del rol
- Diseñar la
arquitectura omnicanal
en GENESYS Cloud CX. - Configurar IVRs, flujos de voz, mensajería y bots conversacionales.
- Implementar
enrutamiento inteligente
por intención, prioridad y contexto. - Integrar GENESYS con HubSpot, RPAs y otros sistemas vía APIs y webhooks.
- Crear journeys automatizados de contacto, reasignación y reactivación de leads.
- Definir reglas de escalamiento entre bots y agentes humanos.
- Optimizar la experiencia del cliente y los indicadores de atención.
Lo que buscamos en ti
- Experiencia
avanzada
en GENESYS Cloud CX. - Dominio de Architect, Omnichannel Routing y flujos automatizados.
- Experiencia integrando plataformas vía API / Webhooks / Event Streams.
- Background en modelos híbridos de atención (bot + humano).
- Capacidad para diseñar soluciones, no solo configurarlas.
