Dar soporte para el cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio a través de un desarrollo sustentable, innovador y efectivo en la seguridad y medio ambiente de la planta.

Responsabilidades:

Cumplimiento de las reglas de seguridad y uso adecuado del equipo de protección personal y domino de la operación del equipo utilizado en el departamento.

Cumplimiento a estándares establecidos de seguridad, orden y limpieza en áreas de desperdicio (scrap) y almacén de residuos peligrosos.

Mantener con estándares de acreditación el sistema de administración ambiental y seguridad industrial (incluye programa de industria limpia e industria segura, así como los estándares ISO relativos a EHS) además de dar cumplimiento a las desviaciones encontradas en las auditorías realizadas.

Mantener en estándares de cumplimiento los requerimientos legales vigentes aplicables y dar cumplimiento a las desviaciones encontradas en las auditorías realizadas

Administración del programa de comunicación de riesgos por el manejo de productos químicos utilizados en la planta (compra, uso, manejo, almacenamiento y disposición final).

Administración del programa de riesgos por manejo de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos generados en la planta.

Administración del Programa ROCS (Reforzamiento y Observaciones del Comportamiento Seguro)

Debe cumplir y hacer cumplir cada uno de los puntos del Reglamento Interior de Trabajo de TPI

Velar por cumplir y hacer cumplir la Misión, Visión y Valores de TPI

Asegurar que se mantengan y mejoren los procesos de los Sistemas de Gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 140001, ISO

Enfoque al cliente mediante pensamiento basado en riesgo, manteniendo y mejorando los procesos de los Sistemas de Gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO

Escolaridad:

✓ Ingeniero Industrial o Ambiental, o Químico. 

Experiencia:

✓ 2 años de experiencia en el departamento de EHS manejando desde aspectos legales hasta el desarrollo de sistemas de administración de EHS Habilidades:

✓ Habilidad para dar entrenamiento de temas relacionados de EHS.

✓ Comunicación efectiva

Formación:

✓ Legislación de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, STPS, SEMARNAT, Estatal y Municipal

✓ Sistemas de administración ambiental ISO 14000, ISO 45001, IMS, así como procesos de certificación en industria limpia e industria segura.

✓ Manejo de Microsoft Office a nivel avanzado

✓ Manejo del idioma Ingles a nivel avanzado

✓ Liderazgo situacional
