Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HubSpot CRM Specialist
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and customizing our HubSpot CRM to support marketing, sales, and service initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, accurate data management, and continuous improvement of our customer lifecycle strategies.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Managing our HubSpot CRM
  • Setting up and maintaining integrations (e.g., WhatsApp, SalesMsg, and others)
  • Creating and optimizing automated workflows
  • Building dashboards and generating reports to support decision-making
  • Ensuring data quality and consistency across the CRM
  • Supporting team members with HubSpot-related training and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs)
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, lead lifecycle, and sales pipeline management
  • Experience building workflows, automations, forms, and reports within HubSpot
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g., WhatsApp, SalesMsg, Zapier, Slack, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights through custom dashboards and reports
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
  • HubSpot certifications are a strong advantage
