About the Role:
We are looking for a HubSpot expert to take ownership of our
Service Hub & Operations Hub configuration
, ensuring smooth workflows for pipeline tracking and customer support flows. You will be responsible for optimizing our existing setup, automating key processes, and improving efficiency across teams.
Additionally, required experience in other technologies softwares and integrations is a most.
Level:
Proven experience building and operating HubSpot's Hubs (minimum 2 years) . This is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, configure, optimize and manage HubSpot Service Hub & Operations Hub to enhance customer support and pipeline tracking.
- Design, implement, and refine automated workflows, deals, and ticketing systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow across teams, integrating HubSpot with other tools as needed.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, ensuring automation is driving results.
- Troubleshoot HubSpot-related issues and continuously improve system performance.
- Train and support internal teams on best practices for using HubSpot effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and configuring HubSpot's Service Hub & Operations Hub (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of CRM automation, deal flows, and customer support workflows.
- Experience in pipeline tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Ability to design and implement automated workflows in HubSpot.
- Nice to have: HubSpot certification(s).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
