¿Qué harás como Financial Analyst Jr., FP&A Transformation en Sealed Air?

Como Financial Analyst Jr., FP&A Transformation darás soporte operativo, técnico y administrativo al programa global Cost Take Out to Grow (CTO2Grow) y al proceso corporativo de Gestión de Proyectos de Capital, asegurando la correcta administración de los sistemas Wave y PPM, así como la calidad y consistencia de la información utilizada para las decisiones del negocio.

¿Por qué te necesitamos?
  • Dar soporte general a los sistemas Wave y PPM para mantenerlos actualizados y con la estructura correcta.
  • Ejecutar pruebas funcionales en los sistemas y apoyar en la administración de accesos para usuarios.
  • Monitorear el cumplimiento de los procesos internos y lineamientos relacionados con Wave y PPM.
  • Ser punto de contacto para usuarios y equipos internos que requieran apoyo funcional básico.
  • Brindar capacitación inicial sobre procesos y lineamientos operativos establecidos.
  • Asegurar que las iniciativas avancen conforme al proceso de aprobación definido.
  • Recolectar, validar y mantener información del pipeline de iniciativas y proyectos de capital.
  • Apoyar en la documentación de procesos y en la preparación de reportes ejecutivos y tableros de control.
¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Conocimiento funcional de Excel (fórmulas, manejo de datos).
  • Conocimiento básico de Power BI.
  • Conocimientos básicos de modelado de datos.
  • Familiaridad general con ERP y herramientas financieras.
