This role will be focused on shaping and executing high-impact people strategies for the Latin America region. The position combines responsibilities as HR Business Partner (HRBP) for LATAM HQ with Center of Excellence (COE) for Total Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness. The incumbent will partner closely with LATAM business leaders and global HR teams to drive transformation, performance, and organizational alignment, ensuring regional nuances are embedded in all strategies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) HR Business Partner – LATAM
- Serve as a strategic advisor to LATAM leadership on workforce planning, talent priorities, and organizational design.
- Partner with business leaders to enable growth, manage change, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure alignment with global HR frameworks while addressing local needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR matters in LATAM HQ, including employee relations, policy interpretation, and compliance.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to implement consistent practices across countries while respecting local labor laws and cultural nuances.
- Use HR analytics to provide insights on attrition, engagement, and workforce trends to inform business decisions.
2) Total Rewards & Compensation Strategy – LATAM
- Lead job architecture and market benchmarking for LATAM to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Manage annual compensation cycles—budgeting, salary reviews, and incentive planning for LATAM.
- Implement SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) automation locally, in partnership with central teams.
- Navigate compensation strategy in hyperinflation markets, balancing cost control and retention.
- Partner with Finance and LATAM leadership to align rewards with performance and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax implications in compensation and benefits programs.
3) Organizational Development & Effectiveness – LATAM
- Lead workforce planning and cost optimization initiatives for LATAM HQ and regional operations.
- Integrate LATAM operations with GCC to drive scale and efficiency.
- Implement RPO models and leverage tech platforms for smarter talent acquisition.
- Implement organizational design changes and enable smooth transitions during business transformation.
- Collaborate with global COEs and HR Tech teams to streamline processes and improve agility.
- Drive change management initiatives to support cultural integration and organizational effectiveness across LATAM.
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE:
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposureto global HRBP roles across multiple markets.
- Prior experience in Total Rewards and Compensation strategy within LATAM markets is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of LATAM labor laws, cultural nuances, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead cross-country projects, manage diverse stakeholder groups, and influence senior leadership.
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a strong bias for execution and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus) to effectively partner across LATAM.
