Description

Your responsibilities will extend from designing system architecture to high-level programming, performance testing, and systems integration.

To ensure success as a Technical Product Manager, you should have knowledge in programming skills, experience with API development until deployment, have exposure or experience in troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps 
  • Ensure Product reliability and velocity is well balanced 
  • Capability to envision product road map.
  • Should have extensive product visioning over automation. 
  • Generate new ideas that improve user experience 
  • Create buy-in for the product vision between Product owners, Anchors and Architects. 
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quality product meeting quality gates and quick turnaround meeting market demand and user demand. 
  • Interact closely with Engineering and Product owners over cross-functional teams
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines 
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science.
  • Previous experience as a Software engineer / Anchor / Technical Product Manager
  • Should have Engineering acumen
  • Should have Programming knowledge experience, have the ability understand code flow and framework. 
  • Should have strong working experience in
    • GitHub
    • CICD (Jenkins or Tekton)
    •  Deployment platform (PCF / Cloud Run)
    • Cloud Native exposure is an advantage
    • Observability (Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana)
    • Quality Gates (SQ, CM, Fossa, 42C)
  • GCP Certification is an advantage 
  • Good knowledge in Backend Technologies and Frameworks
  • Well aware of Test Driven Development that includes code coverage and Katas. 
  • Knowledge of database systems and SQL, perform Relational mapping to fetch data from the database. Exposure to MySQL, SQL SERVER and PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Oracle Database.
  • Experience in using webhosting platform that has ability to deploy your product on cloud service, exposure to GCP is required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
