IT Desktop Support Jr. (on site)
Location: Queretaro [full time office]
Location will be rotated based on schedule between Pie de la cuesta, Jardines de la Hacienda and Campo Militar
Job summary:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support
- Provide first-level technical support in person to resolve common IT issues, ensure excellent customer experience, and escalate complex incidents per defined procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L1 issues on Windows 11.
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN).
- Willingness to learn
- Availability to rotate shifts (covering between 7am, and 6pm, business days)
- Fluent English verbal and written communication with clear, professional etiquette.
