About the Role

We are seeking bilingual professionals who enjoy speaking with people and providing structured administrative support. As an Intake Phone Agent, you will handle inbound calls from clients, gather essential case information, and ensure all details are accurately documented in our system.

This role offers long-term stability, clear processes, and a supportive team environment focused on professionalism and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in English and Spanish with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Collect, document, and organize client information in our systems.
  • Provide support for administrative and intake-related tasks.
  • Follow structured workflows and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Empathetic, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Quick learner with strong process retention.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or professional standards is a plus.

Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in bilingual customer service, intake, administrative support, or call center roles.
  • Comfortable multitasking on a computer during live calls.
  • Experience with CRM platforms or data-entry systems preferred.
  • Previous experience in legal intake or professional intake environments is a plus.
