Position Overview

HRPV is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Human Resources Assistant and Legal Staffing Support to join our team in Puerto Vallarta. HRPV provides bilingual staff to U.S. law firms and offers a stable, professional environment not a typical call center.

In this role, you'll support key HR operations, onboarding processes, and administrative tasks for agents working with U.S. immigration, bankruptcy, family law, personal injury, medical malpractice, and more.

What You'll Do

  • Manage onboarding processes for new agents.
  • Assist the Manager with administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Support HR functions and employee relations activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and strong communication.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bilingual (fluent English: speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Based in Puerto Vallarta and able to work on-site.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong computer and administrative skills.
  • Stable work history and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with autonomy.
  • Be a People Person.
  • Autonomous work ethic.
