Auxilia al Supervisor de Produccion, Coordinando y Ejecutando las actividades de los Auxiliares de Almacén en la Recepción, Almacenaje y Entrega de Piezas, Equipos y otros artículos que se utilizan en el Proceso Productivo, así como el Embarque de Productos

Verifica la Recepción de los artículos que entran al Almacén de acuerdo con las especificaciones de las Requisiciones y/o Facturas.

Lleva registros del Inventario a su cargo ya sea en Sistema Manual o Computarizado

Almacena los materiales en las áreas designadas para ello, colocando etiquetas de identificación correspondientes Distribuye el Inventario entre los trabajadores de Producción manteniendo un registro de los materiales que se les ha dado.

Auxilia al Supervisor de Almacén para mantener la Seguridad, el Orden y la Limpieza de su Área

Puede generar reportes de acuerdo con ciertos criterios (Fechas, Localizaciones, etc.) para analizar la información, identificar tendencias de problemas potenciales y reportarlo al Supervisor

Promueve el buen, ambiente laboral de la empresa.

Promueve y da soporte a los programas relacionados al Sistema de Calidad, Higiene y Seguridad en el trabajo, Reglamento Interior de Trabajo, así como el medio ambiente laboral.

Realiza otras funciones adicionales al puesto

Experiencia y requisitos

Grado Académico Requerido: Preparatoria

Ingles intermedio (capas de establecer una conversación)

Conocimiento Computacional: Básico (Manejo de Office: Word, Excel, Internet, Correo Electrónico, Etc.) y Programas de Aplicación.

Responsable, Honesto.

Habilidad de Trabajo en Equipo.

Liderazgo, (Carácter)

Habilidad de comunicación

Manejo de Conflictos.

Experiencia en la función: de 1 a 3 Años

Necesidad de supervisión: Mediana

Tipo de Supervisión: Supervisa operativos

Complejidad de la función: Limitada a seguir procedimientos establecidos

Alcance de relaciones: Departamentales (internamente con miembros de su mismo departamento)
