En el área de operaciones estamos buscando a AGENTE DE SERVICE DESK, que tendrán como principal objetivo dar soporte de primer nivel al cliente en Sonda México.

Actividades:
- Entregar soporte y asistencia técnica a usuarios
- Otorgar apoyo Técnico, entregando y registrando toda la información necesaria para cumplir con los requerimientos internos de la compañía y sus clientes.
- Proporcionar al cliente asistencia técnica en la solución de sus incidentes
- Gestionar todas las acciones necesarias para concretar el cese del problema

Requisitos:
- Conocimiento de Office (Manejo de Excel)
-Inglés Avanzado INSDISPENSABLE
- Buena comunicación
- Dominio en revisión de documentación
