We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Helpdesk Analyst - Full Time - to join our team in Guadalajara.

Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco. Mexico.

Helpdesk Analyst - Full Time

  • Requirements:
  • Availability to work 45 hours per week
  • Interest in working any shift
  • Advanced Portuguese and Spanisho Looking to work in IT Environment
  • 6 months of experience in Customer Service

  • Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend

solutions to correct failures
