Data Tools Team
Our team builds and maintains internal tools that help people across the company work with data efficiently.
We focus on data access, visualization, and discovery – making it simple for teams to explore existing data, create dashboards, and share insights.

We use and develop open-source systems such as Apache Superset, Jupyter Notebooks, and DataHub, integrating them into a reliable platform that supports analytics and decision-making every day. Also we are going to develop our own solutions which will fit business needs and improve user experience.
 

Role in the Ecosystem
  • Act as the first point of contact for our analysts.
  • Collect feedback, resolve infrastructure issues, and maintain key analytics tools.
  • Grow alongside the expanding Spanish-speaking analytics community, providing strong local support in Mexico and LatAm.

Challenges that await you:

  • Managing the reliability and availability of payments processing solutions, ensuring the performance of applications
  • Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of payments processing solutions with a focus on reliability and scalability
  • Monitoring technological metrics of services and collaborating with DevOps engineers
  • Writing and maintaining deployment scripts, configs, helm charts and CI/CD jobs
  • Addressing infrastructure issues and resolving product failures
  • Participating in incident investigations to identify and eliminate root causes
  • Maintaining technical documentation

What makes you a great fit:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of the principles of multi-component system architecture and ability to apply them in practice (load balancing, ensuring fault tolerance, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash for automation tasks
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
  • Open mind for problem-solving and good troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Your bonus skills:

  • Work experience with vendor solutions
  • Experience working with payment or fintech systems
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc)
  • Background in performance tuning, database reliability
