Job description:

Objetivo:

Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos a través de identificar y ejecutar oportunidades en el mercado. Proporcionar liderazgo al equipo de ventas de la división a su cargo fomentando el desarrollo del talento y la autonomía de ejecución.  Fortalecer las relaciones comerciales con clientes clave de la zona así como realizar acompañamiento a los ejecutivos de ventas de forma asertiva.

El Gerente Divisional de Ventas reportará al Director Nacional de Ventas.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y mantener una estrecha relación con los clientes.
  • Desarrollar y promover la propuesta de valor de Calorex y Ariston México, como líder del mercado.
  • Desarrollar y mantener pronósticos precisos de ventas.
  • Impulsar programas de capacitación para el equipo de ventas, representantes, contratistas y distribuidores para garantizar el adecuado entendimiento de nuestros productos.
  • Desarrollar presentaciones para ventas y capacitaciones comerciales a fin de promover nuestros productos.
  • Generar registros y desarrollar informes a fin de mantener un adecuado seguimiento de cada uno de los canales de ventas.
  • Mantener a los clientes informados sobre los nuevos productos y servicios.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en la industria de calefacción y/o aires acondicionados.
  • Desarrollo y gestión de estrategias de ventas que garanticen un crecimiento progresivo año tras año.
  • Capacidad para desarrollar y mantener excelentes relaciones en todos los niveles internos y externos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Automotivación y capacidad para gestionar el tiempo y el equipo de forma eficaz.
  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos de ventas, seguimiento de KPI, previsión de ventas y construcción de relaciones con los clientes.
  • Orientado a resultado.
