Sales Development Representative (Servicios Financieros)
1. Experiencia y formación
Experiencia previa de 1 a 2 años en ventas, prospección o desarrollo de negocio, idealmente en fintech, pagos, e-commerce o SaaS.
Conocimiento del ecosistema de métodos de pago digitales, BNPL y e-commerce en México y LATAM.
Licenciatura en áreas como Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios, Finanzas o afines (deseable, no excluyente).
2. Habilidades comerciales
Capacidad para generar y calificar leads de manera eficiente.
Habilidad para realizar prospección en frío (llamadas, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, correo).
Dominio de herramientas CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) y gestión de pipeline.
Capacidad de presentar la propuesta de valor de Creditea Pay de forma clara y consultiva.
3. Competencias personales
Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de KPIs de llamadas, reuniones y oportunidades generadas.
Comunicación asertiva, tanto oral como escrita.
Resiliencia ante la objeción y capacidad de mantener entusiasmo en prospección constante.
Escucha activa para detectar necesidades y puntos de dolor del prospecto.
4. Idiomas y tecnología
Español nativo.
Inglés (deseable, para comunicación con partners o benchmark global).
Manejo de herramientas digitales de ventas: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business.
5. Cultura y mindset
Mentalidad startup / fintech, adaptable a cambios rápidos y procesos en evolución.
Capacidad de trabajo colaborativo con el equipo de Account Executives y Marketing.
Actitud proactiva: no esperar a que lleguen leads, sino salir a buscarlos y abrir mercado.
