We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our client

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage OCI tenancy and drive team to follow best practices
  • Manage and have sound understanding of OCI resources ( including ATP , ADW, object storage, compartments, etc).
  • Manage and implement Cloud admin processes for Oracle tenancies
  • Deployment of Code across Oracle Cloud applications manually and through flexdeploy as applicable.
  • Good Understanding and knowledge of Oracle SaaS and PaaS Infrastructure architecture with respect to ERP , HCM, EPM and OIC.
  • Manage SSO with Azure/ADFS and user security across Oracle SaaS and PaaS applications (ERP, HCM, EPM and OIC)
  • Basic understanding AWS with respect to EC2 instances and S3 buckets
  • Expertise in ITIL process and operations and follow standard process within the team.
  • Manage and support compliance and audit requests
  • Manage and Coordinate with Oracle for SR management for infrastructure and admin related issues
  • Manage Environment plans across all applications and help coordinate with Oracle on licenses and environment provisioning
  • Drive environment meetings with application and business stakeholders.
  • Plan and drive admin related initiatives coordinating with application, admin and 3rd party teams.
  • Should have experience in managing a team of ~10 members and guide on admin/ process related questions
  • Point of contact for all application/ business teams with respect to admin / infrastructure
  • Understand and propose continuous improvement initiatives to help streamline admin / infrastructure related processes.
