POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Institutional Delinquency Coordinator is responsible for managing, monitoring, and resolving delinquent institutional accounts with precision and professionalism. This role serves as a key liaison between internal departments, external partners, and institutional clients to ensure the timely collection and reconciliation of overdue balances. The Coordinator will use analytical, communication, and organizational skills to minimize delinquency rates, mitigate risk, and uphold compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and manage a portfolio of institutional delinquent accounts to ensure timely payment resolution.
  • Investigate and reconcile delinquent accounts, ensuring accuracy of financial data and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment issues and process adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the company's servicing and tracking systems.
  • Prepare regular reports and analysis on delinquency trends, recovery progress, and risk exposure.
  • Support audits and provide documentation as needed to internal and external stakeholders.

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in customer service, real estate, financial services or a related field.

DESIRED COMPETENCIES:

  • Proficiency with property management, leasing, and mobile payment solution software: Appfolio.
  • Knowledge of residential real estate laws, regulations, and/or housing voucher assistance programs.

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

Exciting starting salary $8 USD per hour with ample opportunities for growth within the company. This is a remote position requiring full-time availability, with work hours of Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm US CST. While we do not offer part-time positions, the benefits of being a full-time team member are significant.
