Change your life and work remote****GC Realty & Development LLC** is seeking to hire a full-time Maintenance Coordinator to act as our main logistics coordinator with** third party vendors.**This is a** 100% remote position.** Our Maintenance (Vendor) Coordinator earns a base pay and bonuses based on performance that make a total compensation of **$5-8 USD/hour ($15,000-$24,000 MXN) commensurate with experience**. This is a **freelance agent position**. The company is able to provide compensation, **10 PTO days, a birthday bonus, and US paid holidays**. Plus, you can kiss your commute goodbye and brew coffee just the way you like**Being on the phone** with clients and vendors will be a crucial part of your day, so being comfortable with verbal and written communication in English is essential for your success in this role. Part of your everyday tasks is to oversee and Maintain Vendor complianceYour strong set of administrative skills allow you to help with in house billing and maintaining work orders updated. Your sense of urgency and commitment will be helpful as you follow up on everyday operations.**WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE**:- ** FLUENT English speaking, reading and writing skills. (Test will be conducted)**:- Full schedule availability 45 hours per week **Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (Central Standard time zone)**:- Modern computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM), High speed internet connection, webcam and mic, and a comfortable working space.- Strong computer skills. Working knowledge of MS Office products and the ability to learn new software (Podio, Appfolio, and others)- Ability to multi-task. Highly organized. High attention to detail.
