Job Description Summary

Job Description
Las principales responsabilidades del Manufacturing Engineer en nuestra Planta ubicada en en Silao, Guanajuato, México son:
- Proponer y ejecutar para maximizar el rendimiento del proceso enfocado en la mejora continua.
- Desarrollar las hojas de proceso, error proofing e instrucciones de trabajo.
- Establecer reuniones de equipo de trabajo mediante revisión de indicadores tales como: FTQ, Reporte semanal de producción, OEE, indicadores de las líneas mecanizado, así como procesos de maquinados, 7D´s, LPA, generar plan de acciones de CPK´s bajo por máquina y reducción de costos de herramienta de corte.
- Participar activamente en reducción Scrap.
- Implementar técnicas avanzadas de solución de problemas que ayuden a mejorar los indicadores de Scrap, FTQ, OEE, etc.
- Desarrollar e implementar entrenamiento para "job setter."
- Conocimiento del proceso de ensamble de ejes, teniendo conocimiento básico en programación PLC
- Generar mejoras al diseño mecánicos de fixtures, bancadas, estaciones y tooling basados en el análisis GD&T y documentarlas apropiadamente en el blue print tooling.
- Reducción de tiempos ciclo y análisis de balanceo de líneas y operaciones en base a la mejora de productividad.
- Proponer, desarrollar, implementar y confirmar ahorros de una PIP.
- Desarrollo y diseño de nuevos conceptos de producción y de celdas automatizadas para la mejoras continuas y eficiencia en los procesos
- Administración de; Instrucciones de operación, Refacciones, Monitoreo de parámetros, AMEF, hojas de proceso.
- Participar en la adquisición de nuevas tecnologías, equipos y procesos para lograr una mayor eficiencia.
- Conocimiento de programas para la adquisición de datos, estudios estadísticos para hacer más eficientes las tomas de decisiones
- Proveer soporte a Manufactura incluyendo fines de semana y/o días festivos.
Required Skills And Education
❖Experiencia de 4 a 5 años desarrollando el puesto y en el proceso de Ensamble y Maquinados.
❖Experiencia en análisis de problemas, manejo de AutoCAD, GD&T, solución de problemas y herramientas Core Tools.
❖Experiencia en tornos, fresas, rectificadoras y soldadura.
❖ Experiencia en Interpretación y lectura de dibujos.
❖Experiencia en la elaboración del Plan de Control, AMEF, solución de problemas aplicando los formatos y procedimientos existentes.
❖Experiencia en ejecutar capacitación a personal operativo y técnico de acuerdo con los programas establecidos.
