  • Carrera de Ingenieria eléctrica, Mécanica , Manufactura o Afin.
  • Ingles Fluido
  • 5 años de experiencia como gerente en ambiente de manufactura.
  • Experiencia en manufactura de transformadores
  • Experiencia en líneas de producción High Velocity.(short-cycle production línes).

  • Habilidad para realizar análisis y solución de problemas.

  • Buena habilidad de comunicación

Responsabilidades

  • Es responsable de diseñar, validar, implementar y dar seguimiento a procesos de producción, métodos, y estándares de operación para producir eficientemente y con calidad. De revisar sistemáticamente la información y reportes operativos en búsqueda de áreas de oportunidad para mejorar los tiempos de entrega, incrementar la calidad y la eficiencia , reducir los costos y asegurar una estandarización de los procesos y productos
  • Supervisar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de maquinaria, equipo e instalaciones, incluyendo la ejecución de proyectos y mejoras de infraestructura.
  • Es responsable de establecer planes y programas que garanticen la disponibilidad de la maquinaria, el equipo, las instalaciones de Planta y la conclusión de proyectos en tiempo y forma.
  • Es responsable de generar y mantener un Lay out de los procesos de manufactura que garanticen un flujo adecuado de los productos a fabricar en las diferentes celdas de manufactura
  • Es responsable de mantener los (BOM's) actualizados y en concordancia con la utilización adecuada de los materiales.
  • Es responsable de generar y recibir cambios de ingeniería ( HCN) así como su implementación coordinando a los diferentes departamentos en la implementación.
  • Es responsable de la implementación de Lean Manufacturing en Planta.
  • Conocer y cumplir con los lineamientos de la certificación IECEx
