SWBC is seeking a talented individual to supervise the staff and activities involved with all aspects of data integrity to ensure all escrow loan portfolios have premium payments disbursed accurately, timely, and according to CFPB regulations. This role handles all staffing and personnel issues including department procedures, daily workload management, employee attendance records, and employee development.

Essential duties include the following:

  • Supervises the staff and activities involved in providing efficient and effective data integrity support in administering escrow payment disbursement to include work schedule maintenance; interview for open positions; coaches, counsels and disciplines; processes time cards; and resolves personnel related issues. 
  • Establishes and maintains effective communication with financial institutions to ensure client expectations are being met. 
  • Monitors and enforces the highest level of quality expectations by reviewing, coaching, and counseling representatives on their performance monthly. 
  • Assists in the development of training programs to meet ongoing customer service initiatives by identifying and coordinating training need. 
  • Oversees the timely execution of various department activities to include, but not limited to, the completion of the Daily Billing Edits, Daily Cancellation Report, and requests in the Follow-Up Databases. 
  • Provides clients with accurate and timely loan status information by verifying, updating, and researching loan insurance information. 

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Management, Business, Communications, or other related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years in insurance tracking, research, monitoring electronic files, or related experience preferably within the insurance, mortgage, or banking industry.
  • Supervisor or team lead experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of mortgage escrow accounts or homeowners insurance.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills to include databases, MS Access, MS Excel, Internet, and AS400.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to type 35 WPM accurately.
  • Able to operate most general office machines.
  • Able to sit for long periods of time while performing sedentary duties.
  • Able to lift 10 – 20 lbs. of files, reports, or other documents/manuals.
