**We are seeking a data-driven and creative Influencer Marketing Analyst to join our team.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research, identify, and evaluate influencers aligned with the brand’s target audience, values, and goals.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote beauty products across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Negotiate partnerships and contracts with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure brand alignment, compliance, and authenticity.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (engagement rates, reach, conversions, ROI).
- Provide recommendations for campaign optimization based on performance insights.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, beauty industry innovations, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and impactful.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or brand partnerships (beauty industry experience strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Traackr, Grin, AspireIQ, or similar).
- Passion for beauty trends, social media culture, and digital storytelling.
- B2 English - High intemediate

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience managing influencer budgets and contracts.
- Familiarity with paid social campaigns and performance marketing.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for beauty content and aesthetics.
