This is the Invention Age - and this is where you come in.General Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analyst to support the Qualcomm Partner Network (QPN). This role will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust KPI tracking and reporting systems for QPN, collaborating closely with IT, MarTech, and Web Publishing teams. The ideal candidate will drive data integrity, automate reporting, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and executive level presentations, enabling leadership to optimize partner program performance.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with IT, MarTech, and Web Publishing teams to implement and maintain data tracking solutions for QPN KPIs.Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that visualize key QPN metrics for executive and operational stakeholders.Ensure accurate and timely data collection, integration, and reporting across multiple systems and platforms.Develop and document processes for data enrichment, validation, and governance.Present regular KPI updates and performance insights to internal teams, highlighting trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from QPN leadership and cross-functional teams.Maintain a comprehensive data dictionary and enforce standards for data integrity, naming conventions, and tagging.Work with technical teams to automate data flows and reporting processes.Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, or related).ORAssociate's degree and 4+ years of Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, or related).ORHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, or related).*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.This is an office based position in Mexico City.Please provide your resume in English.Preferred Qualifications:Advanced communication skills in EnglishBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, or related).3+ years of experience in KPI tracking, analytics, or business intelligence, ideally in a partner program or marketing context.Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Tableau (required); experience with Datorama, Adobe Analytics, or Databricks is a plus.Applicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
